Online Training Course FAQs
How does it work?
1. Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button. Enter your email address and follow the on-screen instructions. You will have the option to pay online or by invoice.
2. You will then be emailed a link for your online training course. Click on this link and you will be taken directly to your online training course.

Can I see an example of one of your courses?

I can’t have sound on my computer, is this a problem?
No. Our courses are mainly text with no audio. There are videos in some courses but you can display a text transcript if you are unable to have the audio on.
Can I purchase a course on behalf of somebody else?
Yes. When you click the Buy button, you will be asked to enter your address. You will have the option to enter another persons email address and the course will be sent directly to them. You will receive confirmation by email of the purchase.
What payment methods are available?
You will have the option to purchase the course online or by invoice. If you are a private individual you will need to select the pay online option.
I am not very technically minded, are your courses easy to use?
Yes. We have kept our courses as simple to use as possible. When you click on the link in your email, you will be guided through every step of the way.
When will I receive my course?
After you have ordered the course, you will receive an automatic email with the link. You will have access straight away.
Can I complete the course anytime?
Yes, you decide when and where you would like to complete the course. Just follow the link in the email when you are ready. You will have access to the course for one month after purchase.
I have lost my email with the link, what do I do?
Please get in touch with us and we will issue you a new link. Please email admin@peopletonic.com or call 01603 710544.
If I get interrupted can I pause the course?
Yes, you can pause the course until you are ready to continue.
Can I use the course for my Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?
There is a printable personalised completion certificate at the end of each course for CPD purposes. For more information on CPD please visit our CPD page.
My company wishes to purchase more than one course, what options are available?
You can either purchase online training courses separately or you can purchase a company account. If you buy a company account, all of your employees will be have unlimited access to all 25 e learning courses for one year.
