Organisational change comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, from changing the culture of an organisation to restructuring. Studies illustrate that between 50% and 70% of change programmes fail. Research suggests that one of the key reasons for this failure is overlooking the importance of the people element.

As psychologists we understand people and how they cope with change. We assist the leader of the change programme with a strategic people focus, co-designing the change programme. We identify pressure points and specific areas to intervene. We work to build and align the people systems required to support the change. Our psychological perspective provides a full picture in order for managers of change to make informed decisions.
